Issy Ramos is Director of IT for Bentley Information Technology Systems.  He brings over ten years of experience as an internal MIS Manager for a CT-based manufacturing company and was an Independent Computer Consultant for 16 years prior, delivering system solution services to clients.

Issy is currently an Adjunct Instructor at the New England Institute of Technology where he teaches a variety of evening courses.  He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Hunter College in New York and is a resident of East Greenwich, Rhode Island.

Bill Ambrosia is Technical Support Representative with Bentley Information Technology Systems. He has over eleven years of experience in computer systems and networking with factory certification from NEC, Compaq, Hewlett Packard and IBM.

Prior to joining us in 2007, Bill was Service Manager for several computer companies and owner/operator of “Technologies In Computing”, maintaining computers and networks for numerous local companies.

Bill is a resident of Warwick, former member of the North Kingstown Chamber of Commerce and listed in the Who’s Who of upcoming martial artists in Rhode Island and the Martial Arts Hall of Fame.

Adam Sargent is Systems Administrator with Bentley Information Technology Systems.

He has over eleven years of experience in Network IT Administration. Prior to joining us, Adam was a Systems Administrator for a Providence based Internet Service Provider for close to ten years. Adam is a resident of Warwick.

Gwen Hammick is Administrative Assistant with Bentley Information Technology Systems.

She has over thirteen years of experience with emphasis on Microsoft Office Suite and Software Utilization. Gwen has an Associates Degree from Ocean State Business Institute and is a resident of Wakefield.
